Carole Powers Gordon is the veteran flower arranger who hates things that look, well, arranged. Brides come to her because of her flair for whimsy and fantasy, like her hand-fabricated “tablescapes” (centerpieces that begin below the table and come right up through it, like a tree that’s blossoming over your place settings). And dedication? She’ll even traipse out into the woods to harvest the natural bits that create her fairy-tale look. |

Carol Powers Gordon is a graduate of Moore College of Art and Design. She began her career in the late 1960’s designing and making dresses for the ladies of the Philadelphia Main Line as well as planning and executing all of the details of their dinner parties. |
